DPMC adds seasoned litigators, Lindsay R. Brack and Susan L. Mason
October 1, 2018 – DPMC is pleased to announce the addition of Lindsay R. Brack and Susan L. Mason, formerly of Brack & Mason, as DPMC partners.
“The defense-centered practice built by Lindsay and Sue is a good match for our firm’s public entity focused practice,” said Managing Partner Leslie Devaney, “We are pleased to have them as members of the DPMC team.”
Brack & Mason was formed in 1994, by Lindsay R. Brack and Susan L. Mason. For twenty-four years, the firm represented a wide variety of businesses, public entities, non-profits and private individuals in litigation throughout Southern California. Brack and Mason have extensive trial experience in a wide range of matters including professional malpractice, negligence, product liability, employment litigation and catastrophic injury cases. As the Brack & Mason firm grew beyond its small firm environment, the decision was made to merge with DPMC to continue the practice.
Lindsay R. Brack
Lindsay R. Brack is an AV Preeminent® rated attorney. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan, with a B.A. degree, cum laude, in Political Science. Lindsay attended law school at the University of Saskatchewan. He was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 1981, and to the State Bar of California in 1983. Lindsay has defended a wide range of matters which include employment law, sexual molestation and personal injury. He has tried over 35 cases and has successfully mediated hundreds of cases.
Susan L. Mason
Sue Mason is an AV Preeminent® rated attorney. She graduated from University of California, San Diego with degrees in Political Science and History. Sue attended University of San Diego School of Law. Honors at University of San Diego included receiving the American Jurisprudence Award in Insurance Law and graduating cum laude. Sue has tried over 20 cases and has successfully mediated hundreds of cases.
