Christina C. Mihelich

Christina (Tina) Mihelich is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office. Her practice focuses primarily on public entity litigation in the areas of employment, land use, and personal injury defense. Tina has experience working both within legal departments at public agencies and in law firms.

Tina received her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from California Western School of Law. While in law school, she served as an Associate Writer and Executive Director of Symposia and Outreach for the California Western Law Review and was inducted into the Public Service Honors Society. In addition, Tina served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She also completed clerkships in the Environment, Land Use, and Natural Resources sections of the California Attorney General’s Office and in the General Counsel’s office of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority.

Prior to attending law school, Tina led the Client Relations department at a mid-size national law firm, where she developed educational content for attorneys and clients on trial strategy, legislative developments, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Outside the office, Tina likes to get outdoors, explore creative pursuits, and spend time with her partner, dog, and cat.
